Not in the mood to knead and roll a dough for the traditional aloo paratha (whole wheat fried flatbread with a spicy potato filling), this No Knead, No Roll Aloo Paratha is a quick alternative to the traditional aloo paratha.
This liquid aloo paratha is fairly simple and easy to make where a thick liquid dough is prepared  by mixing flour and grated potatoes mixed with herbs and spices.
The liquid dough is cooked in a heated pan and results in an aloo paratha very similar in taste and texture to the traditional knead and rolled dough aloo paratha.
