Aloo Qeema is a traditional Pakistani authentic mouthwatering recipe where ground meat is cooked with spices and potatoes.
QEEMA (Keema) means ground meat and ALOO means potatoes. These 2 primary ingredients come together with a variety of spices to make this iconic Indian/Pakistani recipe.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Kg Mutton Mince (Qeema)
- 4 Medium Potato Cubes
- 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
- 3 Black Peppercorns
- 1 Cinnamon Stick (Darchini)
- 2 Cardamoms (Elaichi)
- 2 Medium Onions
- 1 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3 Medium Tomatoes
- 1 TBSP Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 TSP Garam Masala Powder
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Coriander Powder (Dhania)
- 1 TSP Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 Cube Chicken Stock
- 1/2 Cup Yoghurt
- Half TSP Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Green Chilis
- Ginger Sliced
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Fry 2 sliced onions in 1/2 cup cooking oil on medium flame mixed with 3 black peppercorns, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cardamoms until golden brown.
- Add 1 TBSP ginger garlic paste , 3 grinded tomatoes, Mix and cook 5 mins.
- Add 1 TBSP red chili powder, 1/2 TSP garam masala powder, 1 TSP salt, 1 TSP coriander powder, 1 TSP turmeric powder, 1 chicken stock cube and 1/2 cup yogurt.
- Cook 5 mins
- Add 1/2 kg mutton mince, 1/2 TSP dried fenugreek leaves and mix well.
- Add 4 potatoes' cubes., 2 cups water, mix and cover and cook for 20 mins.
- Add 2 sliced green chili, fresh coriander and sliced ginger.
- Cover and cook 10 more mins and serve.
