This is my favorite quick go-to nutrition-packed breakfast for hectic morning routines. A healthy high protein breakfast in minutes for avocado lovers. The mashed avocado spread can be refrigerated and stored in an air tight container ahead of time.

INGREDIENTS
- Brown Bread
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
- 3 Lemons
- Black Pepper Powder
- Salt
- Red Crushed Chili
- 1 Small Onion
- 1/4 Cup Boiled Sweet Corn
- Fresh Coriander
- Ghee
- 4 eggs
- Butter
DIRECTIONS
PREPARE AVOCADO SPREAD & TOAST
- Cut avocado in half, remove pit, scoop out flesh in a bowl and mash using a fork.
- Add 1/2 TSP garlic powder, 1/2 TBSP black pepper powder, 3 lemons juice, 1 TSP salt, 1 TSP crushed red chili, 1 diced onion, 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn and 1/2 cup coriander to mashed avocado.
- Mix well to form a thick crunchy avocado spread.
- Use a toaster OR cook bread in a pan for a 1-2 mins each side with a pat of butter until golden brown.

- Sprinkle black pepper, crushed red chili.
