RAMADAN SPECIAL IFTAR RECIPE - CHICKEN CHEESE TORTILLA WRAP

INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
2 TSP Cumin Seed (Zeera)
1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken Cubes
1 TSP Ginger Garlic Paste
1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
1 TSP Crushed Red Chili
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Red Chili Powder
1 TSP Chicken Powder
1 TBSP Tomato Ketchup
1/2 Cup sliced Spring Onion
3 Medium Sliced Colored Bell Peppers
1 TBSP Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Mozzarella Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS
In a pre-heated pan cook cumin seeds in cooking oil for a couple of minutes and add the boneless chicken.
Add ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, crushed red chili, salt, red chlli powder, chicken powder and cooking for 10-15 mins.
Add tomato ketchup, sliced spring onions, diced bell peppers and mix well.
Sprinkle dried fenugreek leaves then mix again and keep the chicken filling aside to cool.
Place a handful of filling on a tortilla and top it with Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and fold into a wrap. Use a toothpick to hold the wrap together.
Place the wraps in a covered pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
