A very simple and easy to make recipe with minimal prep Toasted Bread with Garnish of Cheese, Chili and Garlic to serve as starters, snacks or even breakfast.
You will be amazed to see how quick and easy it is to make this recipe which makes it’s a very popular street food snack in the Indian Sub-Continent.
You can use any type of bread o your choice for this recipe. I’ve used white bread for this particular recipe.  I used mozzarella cheese which can be substituted with cheddar cheese.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Slices of White Bread
- 3 Cloves of Garlic Chopped
- 4 Green Chilis Chopped
- 3 TBSP Coriander Leaves Chopped
- 1 TBSP Butter
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 TSP Salt
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl mix 3 chopped garlic cloves, 4 chopped green chilis, 3 TBSP chopped coriander leaves , 1 TBSP butter, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 TSP salt.
- Heat Bread in pan 30 seconds each side and apply chili garlic cheese mixture on bread.
- Place the bread in pan. Cover and cook for apprx 2 mins.
- Serve with Tomato sauce.
