A deliciously finger licking 3-layer vanilla chocolate biscuit pudding recipe made with biscuits and a topping of creamy custard & chocolate ganache.
This no-bake eggless chocolate pudding is very easy to make and can be served on occasions and parties.

INGREDIENTS
- 30-40 Biscuits/Cookies
- Thick Cream 500 ml
- Whipping Cream 200 ml
- 2 TBSP Nutella Chocolate
- 1 TSP Cocoa Powder
- 1 TSP Whipped Topping Mix Powder
- Vanilla Flavour Dessert Mix Powder 100 gms
- Fresh Milk 1 Cup
DIRECTIONS
PREPARE CHOCOLATE ganache
- On medium flame mix 200 ml whipping cream,1 TSP cocoa powder and 2 TBSP Nutella chocolate in a pot.
- Keep stirring until the chocolate melts and mixture has a smooth consistency.
- Set the chocolate ganache aside.
PREPARE VANILLA THICK CREAM/CUSTARD
- Blend 1 TSP Whipped Topping Mix Powder, 100 gms vanilla flavour dessert mix powder, 500 ml thick cream and 1 cup fresh milk.
- Set the vanilla thick cream / custard aside.
ASSEMBLE PUDDING
- Pour 1st layer of chocolate ganache in a deep glass platter and spread it evenly at base.
- Add 1st layer of biscuits over the chocolate ganache.
- Pour 1st layer of the vanilla thick cream / custard over the biscuit layer.
- Dip biscuits in fresh milk and add a 2nd layer of biscuits over the vanilla cream/custard.
- Add 2nd layer of the vanilla thick cream / custard over the 2nd biscuit layer.
- Dip biscuits in fresh milk and add a 3rd layer of biscuits over the vanilla cream/custard.
- Add a final layer of chocolate ganache and spread it evenly.
- Add a topping of any crushed dark chocolate.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
