This Double layered pizza is more richer more sumptuous than the normal pizzas and an ideal snack for a friends and family get-together to satisfy all your pizza cravings with two layers of dough filled with a thick layer of cheese and a flavorful chicken topping.

INGREDIENTS
- 200 gms Boneless Chicke
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 TBSP Yeast
- 1 TSP Sugar
- 2 TSP Salt
- 5 TBSP Cooking Oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Fresh Milk
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Yoghurt
- 1/2 TSP Cumin Powder (Zeera)
- 1 TSP Dry Coriander Powder
- 1/4 TSP Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 TSP Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 TSP Crushed Red Chili
- 1/2 TSP Tandoori Masala
- 1 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pizza Sauce
- Colored Bell Pepper
- Green Olives
- Black Olives
- Oregano
DIRECTIONS
PREPARE DOUGH
- Mix 3 Cups All Purpose Flour (Maida) , 1 TSP Salt, 1 TSP sugar, 2 TBSP cooking oil and 1 TBSP Instant Yeast.
- Add 1 egg ,1 cup fresh milk and give it a good mix.
- Knead into a dough. Keep adding water as required.
- Once a smooth dough is formed, rub will olive oil cover and let it rest in warm place for 1-2 hours.
PREPARE CHICKEN TOPPING
- Take 200 gms boneless chicken cubes in a bowl and Add 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 TSP cumin powder, 1 TSP dry coriander powder, 1/4 TSP turmeric powder,1/2 TSP salt, 1 TSP red chili powder, 1/2 TSP crushed red chili, 1/2 TSP tandoori masala, 1 TBSP ginger garlic paste and 1 TBSP lemon juice.
- Mix well and marinate for at least 30-40 mins.
- Cook marinated chicken in 2 TBSP cooking oil for 8-10 mins in a covered pan on medium flame. Cook until dry chicken pieces.
PREPARE PIZZA
- Take the dough out and knead it for a couple of mins and divide into 6 equal portions. Each portion should be used to make 1 layer. We will be using just 2 portions for this 2 layered pizza.
- Roll each portion into a smooth ball and then flatten it using a rolling pin into a rectangular shape.
- Sprinkle baking tray with flour and place 1st layer of dough, poke holes in the dough using a fork, add a layer of mozzarella cheese on the dough and add a 2nd layer of dough over the cheese layer and fold edges of the 2nd layer dough.
- Apply pizza sauce sauce and add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Add chicken, boiled corn, diced bell peppers, sliced green and black olives, more mozzarella cheese, red chili flakes, and oregano sprinkle.
- Bake in oven for 15-20 mins.
