INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 Cup Oats
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Cabbage
- 1 Green Chilli Chopped
- 2 TBSP Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 Cup Low Fat Milk
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Crushed Red Chili
- 1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Slice Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Eggs
- Butter
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl mix 1/4 cup chopped onion,1/4 cup chopped cabbage,1/4 cup oats, 1 green chili chopped,1 TSP salt, 1 TSP crushed red chili, 1 TSP black pepper powder, 2 TBSP fresh coriander,1/4 cup low-fat fresh milk and 3 eggs.
- Mix till it forms a homogeneous mass and let it rest for 2-3 mins.
- Grease a preheated pan with butter.
- Add mixture to pan and spread evenly and cook each side for 2-3 mins.
- Add 1 slice of low-fat cheddar cheese to the omelette and fold in half.
- Cook another 30-40 seconds and serve.
