In this recipe I am going to show you my recipe where, dates, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, blueberries, flax and chia. During the summer overnight oats is my go-to breakfast for weekdays and in the summer the cold oatmeal.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 Cup of Oats
- 1 Date Chopped
- 2 Strawberries Chopped
- 1 Apple Chopped
- 1/2 Cup of Pomegranate Seeds
- 1/3 Cup of Blueberries
- 1 Cup Low Fat Milk
- 1/2 Cup Low Fat Yogurt
- 1 TBSP Flax seeds
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
