INGREDIENTS
- 4 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
- 1 Cup Boiled Shredded Boneless Chicken
- 1/2 TSP Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 1 Cup Colored Bell peppers (Capsicum)
- 2 TBSP Black Olive Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Cheddar Cheese
- Bread Crumbs
- All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 TSP Salt
- 3 TBSP Cooking Oil
- 2 Eggs
DIRECTIONS
- Mash 4 medium size boiled potatoes and add 1 TSP salt, 1/2 TSP black pepper powder. Mix well to combine and keep mashed potato mixture aside.
- Add 1 cup shredded chicken to 2 TBSP cooking oil in a pan on medium flame.
- Add 1/2 black pepper powder, 1/2 TSP salt, 1 chopped onion, 1 cup diced bell peppers. Mix and cook for 1-2 mins.
- Add 2 TBSP sliced black olives, 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- Mix well and keep chicken filling aside to cool.
- Take a handful of mashed potatoes pat into a round patty.
- Cup your hand and add 1 TBSP of mozzarella cheese, 1 cube cheddar cheese and 1 TBSP chicken filling and cover with a another handful of mashed potatoes. Seal and Press firmly to shape a cutlet.
- Coat potato balls by dipping and rolling it in whisked egg solution and then with bread crumbs and fry in cooking oil till golden brown.
