INGREDIENTS
1 Whole Lamb Leg (Raan)
2 TBSP garlic liquid extract
4 TBSP lemon juice
3 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP salt
2 TBSP cumin powder (zeera)
DIRECTIONS
Make deep cuts into the lamb leg.
Prepare a marinade of all above ingredients and apply on the lam leg and let it rest for 2 hours.
Wrap the lamb leg in foil paper, seal it with cling wrap and place it inside a water filled large container on a stand so it doesn't touch the water.
